How to wear the corset?

a) How to wear the long bra?

  1. you can follow the methods above OR
  2. First, you turn the bra around, with the hooks in front of your body, instead of your back. Don't wear the straps of the bra yet.
  3. Fasten all the hooks, AND then you slowly turn your bra around, so now the hooks will be at your back. This way, it won't be so difficult for you to fasten all the hooks. Also, make sure your body is dry when you turn the bra around, so the bra can "slide" better.
  4. Once the hooks is at your back, you can put the straps on.
  5. Bend down slightly so your breasts can fill in the cup properly. After that, stand up straight and put your hands into the cups and push your breast towards center.
  6. Adjust the back and you're done.

b) How to wear the long girdle?
  1. Make sure you're wearing underwear.
  2. First fold the top part of the girdle outwards.
  3. Put your legs in carefully. Slowly pull it up. Once you've reached your hips, you can unfold the folded part up.
  4. Once you have it on, put your hand into the girdle, and push your flesh at the hips to the buttocks. Lift up your butt with one hand while using your other hand outside the girdle to push it.
  5. Once it's done, adjust the front and back of the girdle and make sure you're comfortable!
b) How to wear the waist nipper?


  1. Wear this last.
  2. Fasten the hooks on the girdle.
  3. Once fastened, turn it around so the 'diamond' on the long girdle is in the centre of your body, aligned with the 'diamond' on your long bra.
  4. Tighten the string on your back and you're done!

Getting there


1.2kg more to go!


My pre-pregnancy weight was 54.5kg actually, although it'll be nice if it goes down to 54kg or even 53kg after this. But I'm one that likes to make small goals so it's more achievable, so i'll try to get there eventually hehe. I'm already happy that i managed to shed at least 3kg since i started wearing the PB a month plus ago.
